Dear ADCN members,

You are invited to join us as we celebrate the end of the year at the Heineken Tavern.  As always, there is also a special, exclusive opportunity to get a behind the scenes tour of the Brewery.  Do join for an evening of fun, laughter, and joy while enjoying a free flow of beverages such as the premium quality lager Heineken, and Heineken’s latest offering – Heineken 0.0 (alcohol free)!.  Also available will be: Paulaner, Kirin Ichiban, Kilkenny, Anchor, Guinness, Tiger, Strongbow, Apple Fox, Anglia, and Malta

Fees:     Complimentary as per your membership level. Additional representatives will be placed on the wait list and will be charged RM 100 per pax for members.  Other guests / non – members will be charged  RM 150 per person. ADCN members: TBC

*If you’re interested in joining the brewery tour, please register early and indicate your interest in the remarks / notes column. The tour is limited to 20 persons only.  Do remember to arrive early (17:15 hrs) for the tour!

a) Registration is mandatory!  All registered guests will receive a reconfirmation latest by Wednesday, 11 December. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation which will include a road map and directions.  If your registration has not been confirmed and you are not on the guestlist you will not be allowed onto the premises.  Please note that due to security measures, walk – ins cannot be accepted.  All guests will be checked against the attendance list at the guardhouse and you will be required to show your IC / Passport.
b) Guests are allowed to park in the brewery compound of Heineken after 18:00 hrs (depending on space availability).  Alternatively, guests may park at Seri Setia KTM Station and take a 5 minute walk over to the brewery.
c) Due to space constraints registrations are on a first come, first served basis. Late registrations will be placed on a wait list.
d) While this event is free of charge for MDBC members, late cancellations (after Friday, 6 December (12 noon)) and no shows will be charged for this event at RM 100 nett per person.  Replacement / substitute participant(s) to avoid the no show charges are welcomed.
e) Heineken and MDBC are mindful of religious sensitivities, therefore, no alcohol will be served to Muslims. Malta and soft drinks will be available as non – alcoholic options.
f) Heineken advocates sensible drinking and encourages all of its employees and customers to “Drink Sensibly” at all times.  Heineken employees are trained to practice sensible serving and they have the right to refuse the serving of alcohol to a customer should they deem the person to be intoxicated.  For more information on Drink Sensibly, please visit their Facebook page by clicking here.

Registration for the Networking at The Heineken Tavern is free of charge for MDBC members. Maximum number of complimentary registrations as per your membership level.  Extra registrations (members) will be charged RM 100 per pax.  Other guests and non members may be registered at RM 150 per pax.  Kindly indicate which attendees would also like to attend the brewery tour under ‘Other Comments’.

To register, you may fill in the registration form which was sent to all members recently and return it to MDBC Secretariat by e mail at events@mdbc.com.my no later than Friday, 6 December (12 noon).  Alternatively, you may use the registration form below.  All registered guests will receive our re – confirmation latest by Tuesday, 10 December with venue details; Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation.  By clicking and registering online, you acknowledge the event guidelines.  Please note, if charges are applicable your registration will NOT be confirmed until we receive your payment.  If your registration has not been confirmed and you are not on the guestlist you will not be allowed onto the premises.   Do remember to forward us your transfer slip for confirmation purposes.

No show or late cancellations will be charged a fee of RM 100 per person (for cancellations after Friday, 6 December (12 noon)) for the cost of food wasted from the refreshments catered for.  Replacement / substitute participant(s) to avoid the no show charges are welcomed.
